Easter Bunny Bag
Material for 1 Easter Bunny Bag:
Piece of Hemp, about 18 x 33 cm (7" x 13") or any cotton material
Piece of Lining, about 18 x 33 cm (7" x 13")
Smaller Ribbon for handle, 80 - 100 cm (31 1/2" x 39 1/2")
Small pieces of felt in white, pink, black color
2 Beads, black color
2 Teddybear Eyes
1 Press button
Glue
Instruction:
Prepare the stencil for the bag and the ears.
Pin the prepared stencil on the fabric and on the lining and cut it out with a seam allowance of about 1 - 1,5 cm (1/4" - 1/2") --.> foto.
Pin the two layers together and sew around, on one length side leave about 5 cm (2") open for turning.
Then turn the piece through the opening.
Iron the piece flat, then bend the lower side up - fold it to a bag. The folding line is a little bit more than 1/3. On the left and right side insert the ribbon for the handle, pin everything.
Then sew the left and right side of the bag.
In the middle of the bag sew on a press button --> foto.
Then cut out the ears of the white and pink felt, glue them - pink on white --> foto.
Sew on 2 beads in the middle of the bag flap --> foto. (it is the nose of the bunny).
Now glue on the mouth (cut out of black colored felt), eyes and ears as you can see on the foto.
