Embellished Choker for your dinner party


Choker, 40 cm (incl. chain)


Material:

  • Velvet ribbon, 30 cm (width app. 2 - 2,5 cm)
  • Leather pieces
  • Interfacing ribbon
  • 2 small metal rings
  • 1 Carbiner hook
  • Chain, 8 - 10 cm
  • Sequin flowers or beads, pearls,...
  • Polyester thread

Instruction:

Make a zigzag seam on each end of the velvet ribbon. Then fold back about 1,5 cm and sew it.
Prepare a leather stripe, 1 x 10 cm (is good for 2 metal rings),  iron on the interfacing ribbon. Pull the leather stripe through the rings.




 Sew it on the back side of the velvet ribbbon --> foto.




Fix the chain and the carabiner hook --> foto. Now sew on the sequin flowers or beads or pearls.

And wear it for your dinner party...
